Description
We are currently hiring an assistant project manager for our Highway and Traffic Construction sector. The qualities that we would expect a qualified candidate to have are outlined below.
- Assist with daily reports, financials
- Assist with all administrative duties along side our Project Managers
- Help in maintaining all Miss Utility items and documentation
- Reconciling time entries from field to ensure work hours are captured accurately
- Maintaining work schedule for field team
- Coordinate any jobsite deliveries needed
- Assist with any material orders needed
- Knowledge of the electrical industry a mustÂ
- Preferred knowledge of the traffic/highway/road construction industry
- Computer skills a must with experience in Microsoft Office applications
